Various causes of prostatitis

Hyperemia of the prostate

Both chronic prostatitis diet hyperemia and passive congestion can cause prostatitis. The most common hyperemia in life is as follows:

  1. Abnormal sex: too much sex and interruption during sex can cause abnormal hyperemia, but too little sex can also cause passive congestion.
  2. Direct compression of the perineum: cycling, riding, sitting can cause repeated injury of the perineum and hyperemia of the prostate
  3. Unhealthy diet: frequent drinking, spicy and greasy food can also lead to prostatic congestion.

Urine stimulation

There are a variety of acid and alkali chemical substances in urine. Neuroendocrine disorders can cause high pressure in the posterior urethra. And when the opening of the prostate tube is damaged, uric acid and other irritant chemicals will flow into the prostate and induce chronic nonbacterial prostatitis cure.

Pathogenic microorganism infection

There are three main ways of bacterial invasion:Blood infection. More than 90% of the bacterial prostatitis is caused by microbial infection.2.Lymphatic infection. Lower urinary tract infection and inflammation of the colon and rectum can infect the prostate through lymphatic ducts. 3.Direct spread. When men urinate, urine passes through the prostate and the bacteria in the urine can directly go into the prostate, leading to the prostate infection.

Anxiety/ depression/ fear

Half of the chronic prostatitis patients are characterized by anxiety, depression, fear, pessimism and so on. And psychological factors often directly affect the effect of treatment.

Immune factors/allergies

Studies have shown that prostatitis patients often have anti prostatic antibodies due to congenital or acquired immunodeficiency, which leads to prostate tissue damage. If the prostate is examined without bacteria, viruses, or mycoplasma infection, immune factors should be considered. In addition, it is clinically found that an allergic reaction to certain virus can also lead to inflammation. Some patients with low resistance are particularly sensitive to the virus and are prone to have chronic prostatitis.
